HA! An 8 year new system went rogue. Simply a small "whoops" during construction led by a wonderful GC working to effect the best. But not the fault of the perfect install that Elite did. To the point of exceeding City inspectors.

Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing investigated my HVAC issues completely. Absolutely found the "flaw." Gary , Leonard and all the crew wizards worked to find the elegant- and fairly inexpensive- solution. I have gratitude for all who did this. Hey- my home's climate is great now. And it didn't change the appeal of my home!

I cannot possibly say enough good things about these guys. I was changing out my smart thermostat, and my system quit working. I couldn't figure out for the life of me what was going on, and because I had no thermostat to connect to my HVAC unit, my house had no AC in the hot central Texas summer. I called a bunch of places, and many of them were booked two to three weeks out. These guys on the other hand, had someone available the next day, and their prices were far more reasonable than everyone else. When the day came, Antonio (the repair man) gave me a call and said that he had a couple cancellations and he was available right away. I happened to be at home, so I said he could come directly over. He showed up, smiled, was very professional, and showed me exactly what was wrong with my AC unit. He did something in 15 minutes that I couldn't figure out how to fix over the course of 6 hours, and not only that, but he also showed me some things I really needed to know about my house.

Antonio also charged me a lower amount than I was quoted at, because my job was such a simple fix. Everything I experienced, the professionalism, the honesty, the friendliness, the fairness in price and the promptness showed me that these guys are definitely worth going to again. I highly recommend them!

Our experince with Elite Air was wonderful. We had struggled with our home Air Conditioning situation for years. Our bills were sky high and our unit did not work efficiently. We called Elite Air and Kyle Bacon was amazing! He was full of information and experience. Kyle came to our house and did a VERY thorough evaluation of our system and the duct work. He offered different options for us knowing that our money was tight. We chose to get a new unit, new reconfigured duct work and new air intake vents. We have lived in this house for 7 years and our AC has never been this COOL and our bills this LOW .... even on 100 degree days here in Austin! I cannot say enough good things about the entire process. The job was finished ahead of schedule. The men worked so hard to get it done and I hardly new they were here each day. They also left my house spotless each time they left. I have been recommending Elite Air to all of my friends and will continue to do so. There are NO games or gimmicks....just good HONEST service and communication! THANK YOU ELITE AIR! We are HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

We wanted a new central air system for our house and after doing some online comparisons of the several Trane dealers in the area, we settled on two businesses to consider. Herman, Elite’s service technician, did an evaluation of our house and was informative, cordial, and knowledgeable about AC & heating systems. He did not try to sell us more than we needed. When his offer came in $536 less than the other dealer’s offer for a system with identical components, we decided to give Elite our business.
We could not be more pleased with the installation process and our new system. The installation technicians, Marcus and Santos, were competent, polite, and professional. They were glad to answer any questions and did a beautiful job with the installation and cleanup. As they were finishing, Herman came by to see that everything had gone as planned and made sure we were satisfied and comfortable with the system’s operation.
We will definitely be doing business with Elite for the maintenance of our central air system in the future.

A/C went out earlier this week, and Greg was my service tech. He was on time for scheduled appt, called ahead to let me know on his way, and one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and personable folks I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

He started troubleshooting right away and worked diligently to determine precisely what was causing my outage. After replacing several components in the process of elimination, it was determined that the 19 year old unit was indeed done for good. Greg promptly got on the phone to get my unit replaced as quickly as possible.

While he's on a much deserved break this Saturday morning, I trust him when he says his #1 crew of Angel & Hector will provide the same high level of service that he would. Fingers crossed I've got a working A/C when I update y'all about the installation!

Update: Angel, Frank, and Kevin arrived on-time and got to work straight away! They've given me an estimate of 3 hours, so here's hoping for a nice and cool Caturday afternoon!

Our Mitsubishi split air conditioner coil had a leak and Elite was able to work with Mitsubishi to get the coil covered under warranty. The cost was about 15% less than a competing company and they were able to do the work while I wasn't able to be home. The team was communicative throughout and we're back up and running!

The only constructive feedback I'd share is a better ability to get information from the main office. I had wanted more information on how warranty coverage worked since I was under a tight timeline and the expense could be high, however I was told I had to wait until the tech came on site. I sent another email to the President of the company as they encouraged customers to do via a customer service email but never heard back. Ultimately the tech came on site and I got what I needed but thought it was strange I couldn't get more info ahead of time.

Alex is solid, salt of the Earth. He gave us a more than fair quote on a PHI (photohydroionization) system. We know it was a competitive cost because we shopped around. We called Elite because they were listed on the manufacturer's website for professional installation, AND because Elite gets great reviews on Google & Yelp. Alex lived up to the reviews & beyond. He's got integrity as well as knowledge, experience, professionalism, and kindness. He also gave us a very fair estimate on replacing our 10+ year old HVAC system with a truly zoned system. We will be going with Elite for that project when the time comes. We will also definitely be recommending Elite to our friends, family & neighbors.
PS - get a PHI system installed. They are wonderful for folks with asthma, allergies, &/or kids or seniors (kills germs in the air & on surfaces!).

I had an excellent experience with two technicians from Elite. They were polite, on time and professional. They fixed a broken pipe, made other improvements to my AC system, made suggestions to avoid future problems, and explained all that they were doing. At the end, because there was a minor initial miscommunication with the company (a matter that did not bother me) they waived all fees and charged me zero. This was not something that I expected or asked for.
I talked with the owner and, in my conversation, I got the impression that this customer-focus is not unique to the technicians that I dealt with. Providing outstanding customer satisfaction appears to be part of the company's overall culture and values, not just a slogan.
Overall, I was very impressed. They exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending them to others.

I highly recommend Elite Heating and Air. They are locally based and offer quality service. The office staff was nice and answered all of my questions. We were able to schedule an appointment within a week. The tech was great. He called and asked if we were ready for him to come. He then let us know when he would arrive. The tech showed up when he said he would which is important! The tech also wore a mask, which we appreciated! He explained what he was going to do, then what he did do and how things looked. I loved that he wasn't bothered by our barking dog and pet him too!! My favorite thing about Elite is that they sent us a checklist after the service. It explained what was done and the results of each thing. Our Facebook neighborhood page is always looking for recommendations. I will tell my neighbors how great Elite is!
