Job Duties:

• Provide Fast, Friendly, and Fun customer service to both internal and external customers
• Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text message, and phone
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and txt messages to close out calls for technicians and sales
  technician and update customers as needed of technicians’ ETA
• Answer incoming calls from customers related to service, billing, and other departments
• Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments

• High school diploma or equivalent
  experience in a customer service environment is a plus

· Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer

· Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years

· Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software

Job Duties:

· Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Proficient with servicing and maintaining commercial package unit equipment, and split systems.
· This position will require using various hand tools and the ability to read wiring diagrams.
· Document work by completing work orders on each job.
· Keeps current on all manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
· Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

What You Need:

· 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
· Strong communication skills.
· Be a team player.
· High school diploma or GED preferred.
· Valid driver’s license.
· EPA certification.
· Registration with the TDLR.
· Can successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.

What You Need:

• A Tradesman, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
